How To Make Moka Pot Coffee
Ingredients:
- 20-22 g bean coffee for one person.
- Purifier or bottled water.
- One Moka Pot.
- 1 teaspoon.
- Stopwatch.
- One espresso cup
Preparation:
- Grind the coffee slightly coarser than the fineness of Turkish coffee.
- Fill the bottom of the Moka Pot with water up to the mark.
- Place the coffee filter on the bottom.
- Place the ground coffee in the middle and shake it gently to get it set. Spread the coffee evenly with your index finger.
- Place your Moka Pot on your stove on medium heat.
The coffee will begin to fill the upper part slowly. During this time, be careful and do not touch the cover. You will hear a bubbling sound as the coffee is completely filled into the upper chamber. Turn off your stove after this noise stops. - Be careful when serving your coffee, as coffee that is too hot may squirt out while pouring.
- Cool the Moka Pot, in which you have poured the coffee, by holding it under the tap in cold water.
